The Mostrenca breed is the only

 one that is exploited in a feral regime.

This peculiarity, on the one hand, makes it an

exponent of the natural and ecological production of bovine

meat, and on the other it confers a place in the extraordinary ecosystem

of the Doñana National Park and its periphery, where it has demonstrated

for many centuries a complete sustainability.
